I wrote this essay for the new think tank started by AfriForum, Opinor.
It’s in response to the hubbub over Lindiwe Sisulu’s attack on the Constitutional Court and the Rule of Law in general. It is largely an application of Koos Malan’s theory of state and jurisprudence to contemporary discourse, with some class-based criticisms of local English liberalism.
